একজনর সফল ইউটিউবার হতে হলে জানতে হবে...

 

হাই আমি মিজান এম আর ল্যবরেটরি থেকে । আজ আমি ইউটিউব নিয়ে কিছু কথা বলব।
বেশিরভাগ মানুষের একই সমস্যা ইউটিউব মনিটাইজেশন, ads আসে না, View নাই, সাবস্ক্রাইব হচ্ছে না। আজ কথা বলবো সকল সমস্যার কিছু সমাধান নিয়ে।
প্রথমে ইউটিউব নিয়ে কথা বলি।
ইউটিউবটা কাজ করে Algorithm এর উপর। যারা কম্পিউটার সায়েন্স পড়েন তারা Algorithm বিষয়টা বুঝতে পারবেন অবশ্যই। ইউটিউব এর Algorithm যেভাবে লেখা হয় ইউটিউব সেভাবে কাজ করে। এতে অনেক সময় ভালো চ্যানেল ১ লক্ষ্য সাবস্ক্রাইব থেকে ও বন্ধ হয়ে যায়। কারণ আমরা ইউটিউব চ্যানেল তৈরি করার আগে ইউটিউবের নিয়ম গুলো পড়ি না। কারণ আমাদের পড়ার সময় নাই টাকা ইনকাম করতে হবে সেই চিন্তা করি । আর না হয় আমি ভালো ইংলিশ পড়তে পারিনা তাই।
যাই হোক ইউটিউবের নিয়ম পড়েন নাই আমার লেখাটা পড়ে দেখেন কিছু বুঝতে পারেন কি কিনা ।

মনিটাইজেশন :

সরাসরি যেকোনো Camera দিয়ে ভিডিও করা, Screen Record করা, এবং ভিডিও এডিটর দিয়ে তৈরি করা ভিডিও গুলো মনিটাইজেশন পেতে সময় কম লাগে। এই তিন ভাবে ভিডিও তৈরি করলে আপনি কখনো সমস্যায় পড়বেন না।

যে ভিডিও গুলোতে সকল ক্ষেত্রে সমস্যা হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে :
কপি ভিডিও
Social Media থেকে নেওয়া ইত্যাদি। মনিটাইজেশন পেলে ও এক সময়ে চ্যানেল বন্ধ করে দেয়।
Community guideline বা Copyright থাকলে না পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা ৯৫% আর ৫% যারা Algorithm সম্পর্কে জানে তারা পার পেয়ে যায় (চুরি বিদ্যা বড় বিদ্যা যদি না খাও ধরা)

নতুনরা যে কাজ গুলো করবেন :

১.Cover, Logo এবং চ্যানেল এর নামটা ইউনিক দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করবেন।
২. YouTube এর নিজস্ব মিউজিক ছাড়া ব্যবহার করবেন না।
৩. শুরুতেই চ্যানেল About এ আপনার Email বা ফেসবুক যুক্ত করে চ্যানেল সম্পর্কে একটি Short Discreption লিখবেন।
৪. একটি নির্দিষ্ট Topic পছন্দ করবেন। শুধু মাত্র সেই Topic এর ভিডিও দিবেন অন্য কোন ভিডিও দিবেন না।
৫. সবথেকে বড় বিষয় ভালো মানের ভিডিও বানানো। এটার জন্য Adobe Premiere Pro বা Adobe After Effect দিয়ে ভিডিও বানাবেন। তবে টিউটোরিয়াল ভিডিও তৈরি করলে Camtasia 9 দিয়ে করবেন। একটা ভিডিও তৈরি করতে ১ দিন সময় দিতে হবে।
৬. হ্যাকিং বা Crack করা IDM Photoshop Adobe সহ সকল সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স Crack করা শেখানো যাবে না
৭. বেশি ভিউ পেতে সুন্দর Thumbnail ডিজাইন করবেন। সাথে Title ও সুন্দর দিতে হবে (মনে রাখবেন Thumbnail, Title এবং Video ৩টা যেন তিন রকম না হয়।)
৮. ভিডিও Upload দিবেন Chrome Browser দিয়ে সাথে VidQ নামে Extension টা Chrome এ Add করে নিবেন।
৯. Discreption এ ভিডিও সম্পর্কে ২ লাইন হলেও লিখবেন। এবং Email বা ফেসবুক ID দিয়ে দিবেন।
১০. VidQ Extension দিয়ে আপনার ভিডিও রিলেটেড ভিডিও থেকে ট্যাগ কপি করবেন। সাবধান এক ভিডিও থেকে সব ট্যাগ দিবেন না। ৩-৪ টা ভিডিও থেকে অল্প অল্প ট্যাগ কপি করবেন।
১১. কারো ভিডিও, মিউজিক, টাইটেল copy করবেন না
এগুলো করলে ২৫ দিনে মনিটাইজ পাবেন। ইউটিউব থেকে আপনাকে কখনো ঝামেলা করবে না। ভিউ এবং সাবস্ক্রাইব সব পাবেন। শুধু অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।
সঠিক পথ দেখিয়ে দিলাম। না পারলে ইউটিউবিং ছেড়ে দিয়ে Freelancing করেন।
আমাদের ক্যালকুলেশন অনুযায়ী বাংলাদেশে এমনও ইউটিউবার আছে যার এক মাসের ৩ লক্ষ্য টাকা পেমেন্ট পায় ইউটিউব থেকে। So কোন কাজে হাল ছেড়ে দেওয়া বা তাড়াহুড়ো করা যাবে না।

ভালো থাকুন সবাই । কথা হবে অন্য একদিন নতুন কোন টিপিক নিয়ে ।

যেখানে ইউটিউবের সিক্রেট টিপস গুলো এবং বেসিক থেকে এডভান্স পর্যন্ত সব কিছু থাকবে ।
প্রায় ১০০০০ ওয়ার্ড হতে পারে । খুব শিগ্রিই নিয়ে আসব ইনশাআল্লাহ ।

Videos that are likely to be problematic in all areas:

Slide video,
Video recorded from TV
Adult Content
Copies videos
Take from Social Media etc. Monitization and once the channel closed.

Community Guideline or Copyright, if there are 95% and 5% of those who know about Algorithm, they can get away (if theft is not enough to eat)


For new youtuber

1.Cover, logo and channel will try to uniqueize the name.
2. Do not use YouTube without its own music.
3. Write a short discretion about the channel by adding your email or Facebook in the channel at the beginning.
4. Choose a specific topic. Only videos of that topic will not give any other video.
5. The best thing is to make good quality videos. For this, make videos with Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effect. But if you make tutorial video then do it with Camtasia 9. You have to give 1 day to create a video.
6. Hacking or Cracked IDM can not be taught to crack all software licenses with Adobe Photoshop
7. Have a nice Thumbnail design to get more views. Title and nice to be paid (Remember Thumbnail, Title and Video 3 should not be of three types.)
8. Upload video with the Chrome Browser, Add VidQ to Extension on Chrome.
9. In the discretion video, write about 2 lines. And with email or facebook id.
10. With VidQ Extension, you can copy tags from your video related video. Be careful not to tag all the tags from one video. Do a few short tags from 3-4 videos.
11. Do not copy any video, music, title

If you do these, you will get 24 days monitize. You will never have trouble from YouTube View and subscribe all. Just have to wait.
