And now as the days go by, the competition is also increasing. Therefore, to be successful, there is no alternative to hard work, there is no alternative to sticking to concentration. Never think that you will ever be small or that nothing will happen to me. It is this inferiority complex that pushes you back. If you want to be successful in life, you have to know yourself well first. You have to try to find out your own faults. Stick to it and learn to take the real lesson from your own mistakes.

What does the word freelancing mean? How do I get started?

Newcomers know about freelancing but are hesitant about how to get started or what to do. So I keep asking different experts, “What is freelancing? How do I do that? ” Which makes them feel annoyed. So today I am trying to give a guideline so that the processes are much clearer.

What is Freelancing?

Simply put, working as a freelance professional online or through the internet is called freelancing. For example, the way a doctor in a chamber conducts his career, the way a lawyer works on a contract basis, the way movie actors work under their own time and remuneration, the same way when someone in a profession conducts their own career, it is freelancing. There are no age-specific rules for freelancing after a person has a sense of humor. Remember all your skills are here. If you have skills, your academic credentials will not be evaluated here.

1) Newcomers know about freelancing but are hesitant about how to get started or how to do it. One of the qualifications you need to start freelancing is:

    Must have good communication skills with the client, especially writing in English.

    Good idea about internet.

    The ability to use Google and YouTube and retrieve the necessary information.

    First of all, if you have these skills, you are eligible for Freelancing. There is no evaluation of academic certificates, evaluation skills.

2) What can be done in freelance?

Almost all newcomers ask this question, how long does it take to get a job or how can I get it? This is a common question for everyone. But brother, you have to learn the job well before you get the job. If you expect to get the job without learning the job, then your thinking is wrong. No matter what job you want to learn, you have to learn well first. Then you have to think about getting a job.

Those who have not been able to do well online are also trainers now, because it is much easier to make money by teaching them how to make money. So you have to go to an institution that teaches well and gives good support. Because, success largely depends on teaching. There are a few qualities in the hands of such institutions. And remember that in every field of life there is competition, in this competition everyone wants to win but in the end only one is the first. We all want to win but the real lesson from defeat is no more.

In such a race, everyone starts the race together, but in the end there is only one person who crosses the finish line first. How to get started:

5) Where will I work?

After learning to work, it is time to work. Usually the place where Freelancers work is known as Marketplace.

Choose Marketplace and create a profile:

Just as there are many types of jobs available for IT freelancing, there are also many marketplaces for jobs. E.g.

1.      Upwork
2.      Freelancer
3.      Fiverr
4.      Toptal
5.      PeoplePerHour
6.      Guru

There are also many more marketplaces. Although I have profiles in other marketplaces, I mainly work at Upwork because I like it the most. You select the marketplace of your choice. Then pay attention to create a beautiful profile. It is not a difficult task.

Now let's see what profile overview is and how to arrange it. The most important thing after creating your account in Upwork is the profile overview. This is very important. There are no hard and fast rules. If you know good English, you can. How to sort:

1. Arrange the overview of your upwork account in such a way that the client can easily get an idea about you or your skills and add a picture to the profile that makes you look funny, smart and professional.

2. Add any good job description, your job type or your work style etc. In other words, write down what your responsibility is.

3. If you have any extracurricular activities such as: volunteering for a local organization, enthusiastic about sports or painting. You can add these and prove that you do more than just work and bring a different dimension to your profile.

4. You select the job categories in such a way that you can answer as soon as you ask in the upwork and client interview. Do not select something in which you do not know the job.

5. If you have a certification that supports upwork, attach it to your profile. This certificate will add extra value to your profile. Write something about the course you have done, i.e. write the course description in 1-2 lines.

6. Link your social media site to your profile. Such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Bihans, Google Plus etc. I prefer LinkedIn the most.

7. Make a one minute video about yourself or your type of work. This will add extra value to your profile and ensure that you are making good quality videos and that your speaking style and pronunciation are getting better. Finally, use the new intelligence to find out where the profile is lacking according to the points written above.

Now that the profile has been approved, it's time to start working:

1) It can take up to a few months to get the first job. So, do not be disappointed and take part in the bid or auction.

2) The lower the bid at the beginning, the greater the chances of getting a job.

3) If possible, if you can show that the work has been completed before bidding and if the customer likes, the chances of getting the job are greatly increased.

4) If you can't do any work, you should never bid there.

5) No matter what job you are doing, you will only apply for the job if you become proficient in it.

7) Usually the work that is a little difficult and the work that is less bid is more likely to get the job. So, prepare yourself by observing all kinds of work before starting work. If you see that Allready client has called 3/4 Junk for interview or invited 3/4 people. It is better not to bid for that job.

7) If you want to do outsourcing work, you must be proficient in internet. At the very least, you need to be able to understand the needs of the project and communicate with the customer fluently accordingly.

7) Work should not be started without a complete idea about a project. Before starting work, work with the client to understand what he or she wants.

9) Divide the whole work into several steps and after each step is completed, show the clock.

10) Finish the work before the work deadline and send it to the customer.

11) Now let's see how to withdraw money:

The main concern is about withdrawing money after working in the freelancing marketplace. Brand new freelancers need to know the subject well for them. Experienced freelancers say that the money earned in outsourcing or freelancing can bring you to the country in many ways. If you work in a marketplace, you can make money in a variety of ways. Among them you can directly use our local bank account, Pioneer account and wire transfer. If you want to withdraw money from the marketplace through these methods, you have to fix it in the marketplace. However, if your withdrawal is more than 2,000, wire transfer will be the best option.

If you work with a client directly outside the marketplace, you can withdraw money directly from the client through your Pioneer account, Western Union, Transferwise, Zoom or local banks. To do so, you need to send the details of your bank account to the client such as what is the name of your bank account, address of the bank, Swift code of the bank, routing number, etc. After you send this information to the client, the client will be able to send you money through any one of his wishes. Of course, there are many more options. However, these are the most popular media.
