What is an analog signal?

Analog systems use sequential analog electrical signals. An uninterrupted electrical signal is called an analog signal. Heat, pressure, flow are examples of several analog signals that are constantly changing. Converting these signals to voltage produces a series of alternating electric waves. Radio, tape recorder, analog computer are some examples of analog methods.
